Purpose

Blacktop//Cards is a website through which its owner sells collectible trading cards from a personal collection — basketball (NBA) cards, and other collections such as Adrenalyn XL. This is not a store with unlimited inventory: each card listed is a unique physical piece (or, for other collections, a limited unit of stock) and, once sold out, is removed from the catalog.

Status as a private seller

The owner sells as a private individual, not as a business registered for commercial activity. This does not, however, exclude the application of consumer protection rules where they apply under current law.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design and original photographs published on this site belong to the owner, unless stated otherwise. NBA names, logos and trademarks, its teams and players, FIFA and its World Cup branding, and the card manufacturers (Panini, Topps, Adrenalyn XL and similar) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned here solely for descriptive purposes, to identify the products being sold — this site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those brands.

Liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the published information (card condition, photos, prices, availability) accurate and up to date, but no guarantee is made that it's entirely error-free. Any error found will be corrected as soon as possible. The site uses Stripe as an external payment gateway; its operation does not depend on the owner of this site.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the site or a purchase, and without prejudice to any rights a consumer may have under their own local law, the parties may submit to the competent Spanish courts as provided by law. Consumers can also access the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
