Right of withdrawal

Under Spanish and EU consumer protection law, if you buy as a consumer residing in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. If you're located outside the EU, this same 14-day return window is offered to you voluntarily, on identical terms, as our own store policy rather than as an EU legal entitlement.

Time limit

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the card or collection to notify your decision to withdraw.

Returning the item

After notifying the withdrawal, you must return the card within a maximum of 14 days, in the same condition you received it — important for collectible cards: no added damage, and if it came graded or in a protective sleeve, in that same sleeve. If the item shows signs of handling beyond what's needed to check its condition, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the value lost.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific case. For buyers outside Spain, this typically means international return postage.

Refund

The refund (including the original shipping cost, if any) will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from when the withdrawal is notified or from when the item is received back, whichever is later, using the same payment method used for the purchase — if you were charged in dollars or pounds, the refund is likewise issued via Stripe in the equivalent amount.
